Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By downloading, accessing, playing, or otherwise using a Yovo product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms shown in the relevant product. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. Using our products

Yovo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our games and services for their intended purposes. You must follow applicable laws and the rules presented in the product.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with our products or their underlying systems unless applicable law expressly permits it or we give written permission.

3. Game profiles and social features

Some games may create a technical player profile or identifier to associate progress, purchases, virtual items, and gameplay statistics with your installation. Social features may make your chosen player name, rank, or gameplay statistics visible to other players.

Do not use another person’s identity or personal information as your player name, and do not share access to a profile in a way that violates these terms.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Our games and services may offer optional digital content, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider. Their terms, refund rules, and subscription management tools apply to those transactions.

Virtual currency, items, and other digital content are licensed for use in the relevant product. They are not cash, do not have a cash value outside the product, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money unless required by law or expressly enabled by the product.

5. YovoAds services

YovoAds provides advertising, cross-promotion, analytics, telemetry, and operational tools for mobile game teams. Dashboard access may be limited to authorized users and may be suspended to protect the service, its users, or advertising partners.

Information handled by YovoAds is described in the Privacy Policy. For child-directed products, the COPPA Compliance Statement and Kids Advertising Practices also apply.

6. Prohibited activities

• Using cheats, bots, exploits, unauthorized automation, or modified clients;
• Attempting to access accounts, servers, data, or systems without authorization;
• Disrupting the service, interfering with other players, or evading technical safeguards;
• Using our products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; or
• Submitting content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Our products, including their software, artwork, characters, designs, audio, text, trademarks, and other content, are owned by K.O. YOVOADS LTD or licensed to it. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant any right to use our brand or content outside the limited license described above.

8. Availability and third-party services

Our products may require an internet connection and may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Third-party platforms and services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access to a product or service if you violate these Terms, create a security or operational risk, engage in fraud, or otherwise harm the product or its users. You may stop using a product at any time. Where permitted by law, termination may result in loss of access to associated profiles, progress, or digital content.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page or made available through the relevant product. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

This version is effective as of 2026-09-01.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
