Request deletion without the app
You can request permanent account deletion by email. You do not need to install or open the game.
If the button does not open an email app, write directly to yovoapps@gmail.com with the subject Heroes of Honor account deletion.
Include your player ID or nickname, your platform (Android/iOS) and your login method (Guest/Google/Apple). Support will reply to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it.
Processing time: within 30 days. If we need additional ownership information, support will contact you.
How ownership is confirmed
Support will explain how to verify control of your linked Google or Apple profile, or request account-specific evidence for a guest account. Your nickname, player ID or email address alone is not enough to authorize deletion.
Never email your password, session token, Apple authorization code, purchase token or full payment card details. An email request does not delete an account until ownership is verified.
What is deleted
- Your profile, Google/Apple links and authentication sessions;
- Balances, levels, XP, characters, unlocks and campaign progress;
- Inbox messages, gifts, rewards and game-operation history;
- Account-owned purchase records and personal information in match history and rooms;
- Account-linked server caches and raw analytics.
Deletion is permanent. Signing in again creates a new account and does not restore your old progress, balances or purchases.
What may remain for up to 30 days
Minimal deletion confirmations and hashed purchase markers may remain for up to 30 days to handle retries, protect the service and prevent the same purchase from being credited again. Minimal technical security records and protected backups may also remain for up to 30 days.
These records are not an active account. Completed deletions must be reapplied before a backup is restored to service. Anonymous statistical totals that no longer identify an account may remain.
Records independently held by Google, Apple or your payment provider are governed by their own policies. Account deletion does not itself refund a payment or cancel a store subscription.
Sign in with Apple
When a valid Apple authorization code is available through the app, the server can revoke its authorization as part of deletion. For older accounts without a usable token, account data deletion still proceeds. You can also disconnect the game under your Apple Account → Sign in with Apple settings; support will explain any additional step.
Do not send an Apple authorization code by email.
